I am often asked how to motivate ones downline. And, what do you do to motivate your downline?

Here are my answers to these types of questions.

--I don't personally believe that it is possible to MOTIVATE another person. You can INSPIRE them through your actions and efforts, but motivation comes from within. It's something each person must get on their own.

Ways to inspire include always being in action yourself. Do you have a company top sponsor list? Be on it so they see and know that you believe and are taking action.

Have a company newsletter? Be in it -share ideas and articles to educate.

Recognize achievements both big and small. After all, the size of the accomplishment varies person to person and small steps grow to giant leaps.

Have tools and trainings to educate and interact with the team.

Be accessible - return emails and phone calls and be more than a robot. Take time to ask how things are going and make note of birthdays, etc.

Do you have incentive programs for your team?

--This is an area I have not been great at getting into action. I've done contests, etc, but have not seen it really produce more team growth. The ones who are going to do it, DO IT for their own incentives, not mine!

Do you hold weekly, monthly or no team meetings?

--I hold a weekly team conference call since my team is all over the country, and jdo some quarterly and holiday meetings/social events for those local to me. These are usually a HUGE success and it made me realize the importance of team bonding and relationship! Most who were there are now attending our regional conference in Las Vegas.

I also hold a team meeting at our company convention each year. This is REALLY fun! I do training, awards and recognition.

If you do hold team meetings why do you think they are important and what do you cover at your team meetings?

--Again, the bonding and friendships created can really sustain people and inspire them to move forward. We cover all different topics related to business. Get the team involved in assisting and coaching on topics they know!

Team work DOES make the DREAM work!

This leads to another question. Are products sold via Network Marketing overpriced?

In my experience MANY network marketing products are overpriced, and it's another thing that contributes to some negativity surrounding our industry.

My first company was a service company and one thing I really liked is that the product was very competitively priced, so I never had price objections to overcome. But, I didn't enjoy marketing something so un-exciting!

I left that company before they ultimately folded, thankfully.

I moved on to nutritional products and while I love many of the products and still use a few, I found the price objections quite consistent. Are the products truly better? I don't know, but I did find that without having a product that could actually be sold to an end consumer for a profit, it was hard to keep people in the business who didn't want to be strictly "recruiting" focused.

With most nutritional products I have found (not all!) there is no real way you can retail for profit because in most cases, the wholesale cost of the product is priced higher than the RETAIL price of a similar product at the health food store.

Today, marketing a candle line that is competitively priced with a VERY large profit margin for the distributor, I have found a perfect fit.

I like being able to bring someone into the business and TRULY teach them how to earn their investment back plus a profit without any regard for recruiting others. It makes the business FUN and gets me out of bed every day, ready to share this product and opportunity with others.

Ultimately, it is up to the end consumer. I like that more end consumers are happy with the prices of this product and objections are few and far between!

Wow! This one topic is always assured to create some excitement and that is always fun.

To me, old school network marketing is defined as using hype; bogus claims; flashing checks; making exaggerated promises, and so on. Any of this ring a bell with you?

I'm afraid the days of old school and ridiculous hype will probably never end.

In October, 1999, I cashed in my "old school" method of network marketing and opted for new school instead. It just "fits" better for me.

Last year, I took my husband and family with me to my company convention for the first time.

This was his first Network Marketing convention in 10 years and he was a little hesitant.

Why? Well, because he was used to "old school" network marketing. Ranters and ravers on stages "Selling the Dream," asking you to "pay the price" and making wild claims and on and on.

He knows that I practice new school because he listens to me on the phone, sees my emails, listens to my team training calls, etc.

He had a good time, but he did admit that a few times he crossed paths with some old schoolers and it brought up all of the old angst, about the industry. He was quick to tell me that he finds this new way so refreshing just to even listen to.

It feel so much more authentic and genuine.

I've built to the top of a pay plan and into the top 1/10th of 1% of all network marketers. I share this not to "toot my horn" but to let you know it's been done without ever making a promise, other than to offer support, coaching and training; without flashing a paycheck; and without using any of the words on the "forbidden verbiage page" of the new school Network Marketers.

And, it is so much BETTER and ultimately easier this way.

Anyone else can do this too! Hype and spam will never get one anywhere, or at least not keep one there for long.

I recently read this comment on another blog and found it particularly interesting. This was about a new company in pre-launch that is being advertised online in some very "old school" ways - hype, claims, etc.

"We are at the very beginning, it doesn't get better than that"

Funny, most company statistics will tell you that top income earners come in after the 7th or 8th year a company is in business. Most people won't stick around in the beginning to work through the growing pains. They aren't willing to wait it out and grow their business while things are falling into place.

There is NO perfect time to get started in a network marketing business then when it is right for YOU!

To say that there is no better time to get into a company than at the beginning is just more hype.

Whatever business you are in, know that the New School way works just as well, builds just as quickly and will provide much higher retention rates for you over the long haul.

After all, wouldn't you rather know the truth about what it is going to take to be successful from the start? Wouldn't that start you off with a much higher level of trust and satisfaction with your sponsor?

We could use more win-win's like that!

It's funny, people already in MLM are going to look at their business with regard to the current economic downturn, or recession in one of two ways -

1. They will (foolishly) see their business as a liability, and quit.

2. They will (wisely) see the opportunity that times like these present and pull out all the stops.

Which one are you?

I've heard people say time and time again that "so and so" was lucky that he invested in real estate when the market was down; or lucky that she purchased that stock when it was low; etc.

Maybe you've even said something like this.

Here's the reality - the same opportunity is there for everyone of us; some will grab it and others will not.

Which one are you?

It's about risk tolerance and a willingness to see the job through. Real Estate investing may be risky, and I've done it and thrived; but I can assure, building a Network Marketing business has ZERO risk, and huge potential for gain. And, in most cases, it offers a much faster return on investment than real estate.

Here's a recent article and video on one woman who is taking control and building a business.

She's an Arbonne distributor - good products; good leadership and good company. I'm not a distributor, but know how to spot a good program.

Do your research and get your business started! Never look back and say I "wish I would have."

As a network marketing professional, and someone who is interested in creating more than a "hobby" income, you'll want recruiting to remain at the top of your priority list of action steps for your business.

Hopefully, you are in a company where you can earn a great income retailing your wonderful products, as this creates "right now" money and a marketing budget for the new distributor.

Perhaps you can also offer your products as a fundraising opportunity for organizations to also benefit. This can also provide ongoing income and a steady budget to build the "bigger picture" in your business.

To truly grow a solid, residual based income, however, recruiting is what grows your business and where the true "big money" comes into play.

Many of us begin our MLM business doing a little of each activity (retailing and team building) and this is important in learning about the business and learning about ourselves. It will expand your abilities as a professional within the industry and as a strong coach and mentor to your team. Lay the ground work now for the business you intend to grow.

Most people will ultimately settle into one particular area of working the business.  If recruiting is an area you decide on, you will be creating leverage for yourself.

J. Paul Getty made a profound statement once when he proclaimed "I would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 men than 100% of my own effort." And, so it goes with network marketing.

In the beginning, you are the one putting forth all of the effort to generate a paycheck. You make your list, you pass out cards and product samples, you run ads, and take whatever steps necessary to find other people interested in joining you.

As you sponsor one, then another, and another, the personal effort required by you to generate that same paycheck as before is less and less. You have created "income leverage" as well as time leverage. You are not alone in taking action steps to create income.

To create a large, growing organization, set a goal for the number of people you are going to personally sponsor (or recruit) into your business each month. To do this, you'll need to set some action goals for yourself on steps that you will take to find those people. The recruiting process involves the introduction of the product and business; providing detailed information on our business system; and asking for the decision to join you.

We are in a business of planting seeds and cultivating those seeds. The more seeds you plant, the greater your harvest will be. Running out into the field and trying to force the harvest is not something we do, either.

Don't make the mistake of planting only one or two seeds and then expecting to grow a beanstalk! Plant many seeds, water and sun those seeds, and allow the natural process to occur.

Your business will only be right for another person based on his/her life situation and timing. You can not control this part of the process and I encourage you not to even try. Always keep the door open and make yourself available to answer questions and sponsor that person in at any time.

I typically sponsor as many people each month who first looked at the business weeks, months and even years before, as I do those looking for the first time. I understand timing. It took me 15 months after my initial exposure and a life changing event before I joined my first company. Make sure you are still around when your prospects decide the time is right.

My personal goal is to be among the top ten "Sponsor Monsters" that my company tracks. This goal keeps me in action and gives me an action plan for each month. I know the steps I need to take and the number of people I need to get my business in front of in order to reach that goal. It also provides inspiration for my team to also be listed in that group.

Even if I fall short on reaching that goal, I still have the action plan out in front of me and know that the efforts I put in each month build on the previous month and will keep me with a growing business and a growing frontline of business builders.

New team partners mean new excitement for the entire team. I am the first to admit that I do not have all of the answers, and especially not the creative ones, about our business. There are many people more talented than me on my team, and the synergy created by having so many resourceful people in one place is amazing.

New ideas and new ways of marketing the products and the business come from new team members joining our ranks. That is why recruiting is the lifeblood of the business. Every month, I am energized by the fresh excitement that sparks renewed enthusiasm on the team.

As the coach of your organization, you will inspire more by your own actions than by your words. Set your goals and intentions for recruiting and watch as the leaders on your team rise up to match and exceed those goals. Some in networking marketing miss the point of duplication and leverage when they want to always be the one at the very top.

For me, I am happy to be at or near the top, and even more happy when other leaders on the team have duplicated my efforts and goals and moved right on up the ladder. That, my friend, is what creates "walk away" income and income security.

And, that is one of the big lures of network marketing - the ability to get paid whether we are present or not, on the efforts we put forth in the beginning.

Before you start working on that list, counting those endless circles, dreaming of that beach house, spending your ga-zillion dollar residual check or any of the other things that go along with Network Marketing, it is imperative that you carefully choose the right opportunity for you!

I can't stress this enough.

It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of a friend's enthusiasm, the over-hyped ad you may have read, an audio tape that paints too rosy of a picture, etc.

But, it you are serious about making this business your career of choice, be sure you treat each decision as a business decision. Treat this like the million dollar business that it is, right from the start.

The most important thing to consider is what matters to you.

If your primary focus is selecting the "best" pay plan, you'll never find it. It does NOT exist, no matter what ANYONE tells you.

Here are some questions to ask yourself initially.

Are you looking for a program that pays more up front, and less on the residual side?

Are you looking for a program that pays a strong residual pay out, and retains its customers, ensuring your income?

Are you looking for a specific product line?

What interests you?

What can you get passionate talking about, day after day (besides money!)

What is important to you in a team and sponsor?

What will be time commitment do you have to make on a daily, monthly and weekly basis?

There is so much more that has to be in place to keep you in for the long haul!

What's best for one person is NOT best for us all.

Write down a list of criteria for the company you choose. It should encompass all areas -

Company Story, Management, Uniqueness
Compensation Plan
Sponsor and System

Product

These four things will get you started. Then, begin narrowing it down!

There are essentially 3 questions here -

Can you make money on the net?
Is it possible for everyone who tries to make money on the internet to succeed?
How can YOU become a success?

The answer to the first two are simple (but not always easy) and that would be - Yes! If anyone is making money, than everyone CAN make money, but most won't. The third, is the most important part of the equation. Here is how you become successful making money online.

As in any endeavor, success online requires time, education, financial investment, and sweat equity. Too many people think they are signing up for the lottery, or they believe all the hype they read about overnight instant success.

I started my online marketing career in October of 1999, and while I did make money in that first year, I invested far more in my own personal education, trial and error than I made. I looked at it like going to college. I was going to spend money, spend time, and in the end, I would have the education to be a success, and the debt to go along with it.

If I would take that knowledge and turn it into action, I could begin to pay off that debt; become profitable and ultimately develop a passive income that could create wealth.

That's exactly what I did, and don't think that there were not times I wanted to quit. There were plenty. I made myself a promise, though.

One, I promised myself that my dream of financial independence and leverage was worth the frustrations I would feel as I went through the process.

Two, I promised myself never to quit at the time I wanted to. I would always sleep on it and then decide the next day.

Three, I promised myself to read and study success stories of others and if I could find people of similar skill sets and backgrounds, I could do it too.

And, I did.

If I wanted to be a surgeon, I would invest tens of thousands of dollars and hours and my success would take a decade of more. I wouldn't buy one book, walk into a hospital and expect to be taken seriously and pad my bank account.

Same with making money on the net. I couldn't buy one book or e-course; throw up a freebie website; post it on a few free classified sites and be set for life.

And yet, that is what the majority try to do. They don't understand the shift from employee to employer mindset, or the investment that is required of any successful business, online or offline.

Know ahead of time that it is not "Get Rich Quick" and run from anyone trying to make you believe that it is. Make yourself the promises necessary to keep you in the game day after day. Forget about winning the lottery. This isn't about that. It's about shifting your mind set from trading time for dollars, to the multiplication theory of trading time for not a lot in the beginning, and developing the momentum on down the road to invest a much smaller amount of time for a much larger paycheck. It doesn't typically come quickly, or without effort.

It is, however, amazing once you get the ball rolling.

Listen, communicate and educate.

These three items will assist you in the end goal - sponsoring others.

Step 1 - ask questions and LISTEN to the answers. Truly listen. This is not always easy. We are often trained to answer questions with questions and to control the conversation.

Do you like to be controlled? Does your prospect?

When you truly listen, you won't fire back with a pre-planned "script" of how to answer. You'll be real and authentic. People pick up on "canned and scripted." They also know real and authentic. They know when they have been heard.

Communicate by allowing a free flow of ideas in both directions. Ask questions, listen, clarify, and fill a need or be the answer to a question. Our ability to sponsor people into the business is based on our ability to communicate how our company, products, compensation plan and support will provide what is being sought.

Communicate the power of your opportunity through your passion, the stories you share and the commitment to partnership that you are offering.

It is not facts, figures and statistics that bring people into a business. It's not a Fortune 500 status; a NYSE listing; a patent on a product; or a proprietary formula that sponsor people. It's you, the value you offer and the commitment you make, along with your ability to listen, communicate and educate.

Model these effective methods and you'll not only sponsor more people, you'll sponsor POWER partners.

Make sure you take time to understand DUPLICATION AND GEOMETRIC GROWTH.

Another exciting concept, and probably the most exciting concept!

Have you heard the "Penny a Day" story? This is a good illustration to get you thinking about the power of this geometric growth.

Let's say you start on the 1st day of the month with 1 penny in your bank account. Now, you are going to double it every day for the rest of the month.

Any guess about how much you will have in your account on day 30, or, day 31?

Well, here you go -

Day 1 - 1 cent
Day 2 - 2 cents
Day 3 - 4 cents
Day 7 - 64 cents  (hmmmm)
Day 14 - $81.92 (getting a little more interesting)
Day 21 - $10,485.76 (getting A LOT more interesting!)
Day 30 - $5,368,708 (I'm definitely interested!)

and you can do the math on Day 31!!

See the power of geometric growth and duplication?

Duplicating yourself means teaching someone else to do what you do. When the two of you each teach another person, you duplicate it again, only twice. And so on, and so on, and so on!

(Remember that shampoo commercial about telling two friends, who tell two friends?)

That's Network Marketing! That's MLM!

Combine the three strengths, and you've got a remarkable system for success, that ANYONE can do, if they CHOOSE.

Study these concepts and learn how to explain it. And, watch your business grow, and duplicate, and so on, and so on.

One important thing to note is that true success in this industry starts with a few customers. Others who love your product or service and want to buy it, without getting involved in the business side of it.

Learn how to develop a few loyal customers and teach those who join you in the business the same concept.

The success of any business is grounded on the principle of having customers for your business.

Don't be afraid of the word "sales." It's not a dirty word and even though some in our industry run from it, don't be one of them. "Sales" is not about brow beating someone into using your products. It's about developing your own story around your hot button and then sharing that with others. Those who can relate to your hot button will raise their hand and let you know.

This is where you find your customer base. Some of those customers will love your products so much that they want to market them, too. Great!

Just don't try to force the ones who only love the product into selling them. Instead, appreciate their support, and reward them for being "ambassadors" for you. When they refer others, you can give them free product, a discount, movie tickets, or something!

After all, you wouldn't expect the waiter serving you dinner to try and talk you into going to work at the restaurant. Same is true in our business.

So, now you should have a pretty solid grasp on the concept of Network Marketing, and how time and money leverage can create an exciting business and lifestyle for you.

MLM Residual income

Once you experience what residual income is like, you will be hooked for life!

This is the ability to get paid over and over for the work that you do one time. It's also called "royalty pay."

There are very few businesses or industries today that pay residual income.

Musicians, authors and insurance sales people are a few professions that do earn a residual income. And, for the ordinary person, like me, this can be created through building an MLM business.

If you were to write or record a popular song, each time that song played on the radio, or a CD was sold, you would receive a commission, or royalty payment.

Residual income in Network Marketing is income you continue to earn based on efforts you put forth initially. This income is based on the sale of products and services. And, these products must continue to generate repeat sales.

This is one reason why "consumable" products are the most effective in Network Marketing. Consumable products are those items that are bought, used up and then replaced, over and over again.

If you are marketing a product that is a one time purchase product, you will have a harder time generating residual income.

Residual income is desirable in Network Marketing, because this is what allows you to put forth a lot of effort in the beginning, and reap the rewards of that for months and years to come!

And, by building an MLM organization of people working toward a common goal, you can ensure a strong residual pay-out that will last for years. This is why it is important that you understand this pay advantage, and invest your effort, energy and time in other people.

Earning residual income requires a few things - first that you take action to get momentum going in your MLM organization.

Second, you continue building on that momentum, and teach others to do the same.

Finally, you learn and develop leadership skills that will provide the foundation that supports your entire organization.

People follow people, and leadership skills are developed.  Leaders are created, not necessarily born.

In the beginning, you have the "privilege" of working lots of hours for a little pay. In the end, you have the "joy" of working little hours for lots of pay.

People ask me all of the time how much I made my first month in the business. The answer is - "I don't know. I don't know because I still get paid each and every month on the efforts I put into that very first month." That's the power of residual income! That's the power of an MLM Business!

Get your MLM business started and then build on your efforts each and every month.

Be a leader of others and watch the residual income roll in.

MLM Time Leverage

Few people really understand what building an MLM business can mean in terms of time and financial leverage. This is the ability to get paid month after month on the work that you do one time.

A good analogy that you are already familiar with is the franchising industry. In franchising, the franchisee, or one who purchases the rights to do business using a well-known business name such as McDonald's, pays a royalty fee every month to the franchiser, or parent company. It's always a percentage of the profits earned.

The parent company, or McDonald's, has incredible time leverage. The more McDonald's stores they have around the world, the more money they make.

But, the parent company certainly doesn't do all of the work. If they have 5,000 stores, each open 18 hours a day, 90,000 hours are worked daily on their behalf.

The concept works in much the same way with our MLM business system, except you don't have to pay a royalty fee each month!

For instance, let's say you start your own Network Marketing business and begin by investing five hours per week into your business. You introduce your business system to Mike and begin working with him. He also puts five hours a week into his business. You now have 10 hours per week working on your behalf, although you are only putting in five hours yourself.

If you and Mike each bring in a new partner, who each commit to five hours, you will soon be benefiting from 20 hours per week. Remember, your actual time involvement is only five hours each week.

By the end of the first month, you have forty hours each week working on your behalf. At the end of the second month, over 640 hours will be invested into your business each week, but not all by you. You are only putting in five.

Do you see the beauty of time leverage?

In network marketing, we are paid for opening "outlets" and teaching those "outlets" to be successful.

And, remember, franchising was thought to be a scam in the '70s, when it first began.

When you partner with me, I will teach you how to open those outlets, duplicate and create time leverage for yourself and your family.

Great question, and one that many have a hard time explaining.

Did you know that in just a few hours a week, you can create a major second income that continues to increase over time? In fact, with persistence and commitment, this income could soon replace your current full time income. It could even create a lifestyle of the rich and famous.

What if it worked for you like it has worked for so many others, including me?

When was the last time you recommended a good book, restaurant or movie to a friend? How often do you do that? Probably pretty often, right?

But, when was the last time the publisher, restaurant or movie producer sent you a "royalty" check for the referral? Probably, never.

Well, despite the way things usually are, the idea behind what is now the fastest growing home based business trend in America and around the world, Network Marketing, is that if you get paid for recommending things you like, use and believe in, you'll do this more and more! And, you'll probably find some others that want to do the same thing.

That's it in a nutshell.

What if you found a great product or service and you loved it so much you decided to go into business marketing it?

You earn a small commission for the ongoing purchases of those you refer to this product or service, and you're also paid a small commission when you introduce this concept to others, and they refer people.

Pretty ingenious, huh?

And, the best part is that this concept can create true, passive, residual income for you and your family. And, you can touch the lives of hundreds and even thousands of other people.

My name is Jackie Ulmer and I live in a beautiful place called Lake Arrowhead, California, nestled high in the San Bernardino Mountains.  I wear many hats, probably a lot like you. I am a Professional Network Marketer.  I am also a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, kid's shuttle service, maid, cook, and more.

I have learned to define each of these roles, instead of letting them define me. I hope to share a little about how to do that (and still be a success!) through the stories I share in this blog.

I've been fortunate in that I had a great career before motherhood and Network Marketing came into the picture. I was in sales in the airline industry. It was a dream job, traveling the world, wining, dining and wooing travel agents and travelers and doing all of this on an expense account. It was a blast.

Problem is it did not mesh well with motherhood. So, I traded in my traveling boots and expense account for diapers and baby talk. I have not looked back.

I did, however, began to look around, at some point. Motherhood was great, but living on one income is tough. And, my desire to have something of my own led me to begin researching home based businesses.

My father had run his own business since I was very young, and I loved the fact that he made breakfast everyday, was home for lunch, and always able to set his schedule around our many events and activities.

Entrepreneurship runs in my blood and I was determined to find a fit.

After researching different options, I started a word processing business. I had a computer and put it to work.

Small problem - time and money. My income potential rested solely on my ability to produce as well as market my services. Not so easy with a tiny baby.

I went back to my research to determine what would be a better match, without requiring a big capital investment. The options were pretty limited.

All roads seemed to be pointing me to an industry called Network Marketing, MLM or Direct Sales. It seemed to be the best option for me in terms of income potential and time freedom. But, all of the things I was reading were not positive. In fact, there were some serious negatives regarding the industry.

As I furthered my research, though, I did get excited by the stories I read about ordinary people creating extra-ordinary lives through this industry. I liked the idea of self improvement and developing my people skills further. I liked the "team concept" and the ability to improve my own life situation while helping others do the same. It seemed to be a very equitable system.

Finally, after exhausting all other business options and doing as much research as I possibly could, I decided to jump in and become a Network Marketer.

I was an extreme skeptic when I finally started in the industry. I was leery of talking to my family, friends and others and letting them know that I had joined one of those things.

One thing I knew, though - I wanted the income and the lifestyle that a Network Marketing business offered. And, I did not want to put my children in day care.

Today, after more than 15 years in this industry, I have made nearly every mistake that could possibly be made, yet still managed to build a multi-million dollar business, and create a downline of thousands with several different companies.

My early attempts at building the business were not pretty. In fact, I would love to have a recording of my early phone calls to prospects, just to prove to people that there is hope for anyone in this business. If you are determined to make it, you will. If there is anything you are struggling with. I am here to assure you that it can be overcome if you are serious, committed and willing to accept nothing less.

As time and experiences ticked away, I improved and learned from earlier "failures." I learned to use these experiences as learning blocks and to continue to get better with every day.

My passion for the industry grows stronger each and every day and it is empowering to me to pass on some words of wisdom and ideas for how to build your own business smart, professionally and with integrity.

Integrity in this industry is sorely lacking. I am here to tell you, however, that if you will honor a commitment of integrity through every step of your business, you will create an empire and have people crawling out of the woodwork to partner with you.

There is only one thing that allowed me to create exactly what I wanted in this industry - commitment.  Commitment is a very powerful word.

It does not involve the word "try."  It is about doing.  Seeing the job through.  No matter how long or how painful it may seem, when you make a commitment, you honor it.

Think about the commitment you have made to your business, your goals, your dreams, yourself.  Have you made a commitment to these?  If not, I suggest you take some time and make some well thought out commitments.  I promise you, it will change your life.

I would like to tell you that the road on my journey has always been smooth, straight and dry.  But, this would be a disservice to us both.

I have wanted to quit a thousand times.  Run into my closet, shut the door and screamed "Why am I doing this to myself?"  Thought to myself that there is no possible way I will ever be a success in Network Marketing.  But, I am. And, I continue on each and every day. As I have grown in this business, I have learned to embrace the "obstacles and challenges" that have presented themselves. These have all been growing experiences and have molded me into the person I am today.

And, they have given me great tools to assist others in avoiding these pitfalls.

I am successful because I have made a choice to accept nothing less. I am willing to try new things, buck the trends and push myself beyond what I thought was possible.

I know you can do it!  I know it because if I can, anyone can!  That's the beauty of our business!

There is nothing unique or special about me. There is nothing unique or special about the top income earners in any company. In fact, listen to their stories and you might even find yourself marveling over the fact that some of them have succeeded.

It goes back to that one important piece and one common thread - commitment.

If I can pass on any pieces of wisdom to you, it would be these few things.

Get very clear on your reason why and don't let anyone deter you from your desired and intended outcome.

Don't be afraid to try new things and fail. There is no such thing as failure. Everything is nothing more than a lesson in business and you must look at each thing this way.

Whenever you get down, or feel like quitting, call or email someone in the business, even if they are not in your upline or even your company. Ask them to share some of their experiences with you.

Get committed and NEVER, EVER Quit! And, I know, I'll see you at the top!

EXPECT Success!
